David Carlisle, LPC, LMT
Are you confused about how to have healthy relationships and seem to be getting into the same kind of dysfunctional relationships? Are you having difficulty getting over a break up, a divorce, or the loss of a loved one? Do you find yourself feeling depressed, hopeless, and maybe even suicidal? Are you overwhelmed by life and need help learning how to manage your stress and/or anxiety? How would you like to learn how to have healthy relationships and set boundaries so that you aren’t frustrated and/or angry because of someone else’s behavior? LGBT clients are welcomed. Imagine what it would be like to talk with someone who understands the grieving process and who will sit with you through this difficult time of your life. How would you like to learn how to avoid relapsing back into depression as well as learning alternatives to treating depression? Envision how serene and relieved you will feel when you are able to manage your stress and alleviate your depression. If you are someone who is struggling with relationship issues, stress, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and/or grieving a loss, then I look forward to your phone call or email.
