This workshop will be the first of a series that aim to connect parents and educators in promoting the overall wellness and success of Crossing Borders Preschool students.
Attendees at this workshop will be provided an overview about how cognitive, emotional, and social development impact childhood behavior. Age-appropriate strategies for supportive parenting will be provided with specific focus on effective ways to redirect maladaptive behavior.
Through Dr. Passe’s 14 years of education, training and experience, she has served hundreds of children and their families by providing individual, group, and family therapy in school, outpatient, inpatient, residential, agency, private, and community settings. She works collaboratively with clients through talk therapy, play therapy, and expressive arts, which provides them the opportunity to express themselves in the most natural and comfortable manner.
Dr. Passe is currently in private practice at The Lovett Center.
